Delhi government has decided to very soon completely ban the use of plastic bags in the city. The Chief Minister, Ms. Sheila Dixit said that there will be a penalty imposed for one and all using any kind of plastic bags, thick or thin. Earlier, only the use of plastic bags made of recycled plastic or thickness less than 40 microns were banned in the city.
The Capital city of our country will lead by example. Excellent!
