Cyclist Armstrong Admits to Wrongdoing

Cyclist Lance Armstrong, winner of 7 Tour de France titles admitted to the use of medicines for enhancing performance, which are not allowed in the sporting events.

US  officials, had always believed that Armstrong was guilty, but the cyclist had denied it all along. In 2012, champion cyclist Lance Armstrong was stripped of his 7 Tour de France titles.

Armstrong might have admitted wrongdoing in the hope of a reduced punishment so that he can resume his sports career.
