Fireworks on 4th July By Comet ISON

America celebrates its independence day on July 4th every year. Was it the day American revolution started? No, it was April 1775.

Continental Congress decided to declare independence on July 2nd, 1776. July 4th, 1776 was the date when the Continental Congress approved the final wording of the Declaration of Independence.

Hence, the 4th of July is celebrated as the independence day of United States of America.

Americans celebrate this day by singing their national anthem, “The star-spangled banner”. There are fireworks on the fourth of July weekend.

This fourth of July our solar system has decided to display fireworks. How? Looking like a skyrocket, comet ISON is speeding towards the sun at a fast speed of 48,000 mph.
