New York and New Jersey residents have been warned to evacuate their homes as a new storm hits the area.

The storm moving towards NY area has already brought some snow. So far around 1200 flights have been cancelled and there will be more power cuts. Although the storm is not as strong as Sandy the authorities are still very cautious.
