A recent survey has found that England’s Manchester United is the most popular football club with 659 million followers worldwide.

The survey was carried out by leading market research company, Kantar. It was carried out across 39 countries. 

The survey also says that Football remains the world’s most popular sport, with 1.6 billion followers all over the world.

Manchester United has had some very good and popular players like 
Roy Keane – was a great captain for the side for many years.
Ryan Giggs – won the every Premier League title with the team.
David Beckham – the free kick specialist.
