Serena wins US Open 2012

 

Serena Williams won her fourth US Open title on Sunday by defeating Victoria Azarenka by 6-2,2-6,7-5.

Belarusian Azarenka though couldn’t win the title, still remains current World no.1. She had become the first Belarusian player to win a Grand Slam by winning Australian Open 2012.

Serena was ecstatic with her win and fell on the court on her back in excitement. This is Serena’s 15th Grand Slam victory.
