Winter Rain

(All that drizzle in frosty winters inspired eight year old Kaavya to pen this wonderful poem.)

There was a storm and a thunder,
And there was water wonder.
All this happened last night,
So I couldn’t fly my kite .
The winter rain is not warm,
And nor is it calm.
In winter rain you like to be in bed,
And have soup with bread.
