Day 10 at the Olympics saw some new countries like Saudi arabia, Morrocco, Trinidad & Tobago made their entry into the medal table.
In Football, Brazil inched closer to their first Olympic gold and reached the final with a 3-0 victory over South Korea.

Star of the day – Sir Chris Hoy won a sixth Olympic gold medal to become the most successful British Olympian of all time.

Shock of the day – London games are coinciding with the holy month of Ramadan. So many muslim athletes are fasting while participating in the Olympic competition. Really, where there is a will, there is a way!!
