Park Geun-hye will be the first woman president after winning South Korea’s presidential election. She defeated her rival Moon Jae-in of the Democratic United Party by a small number of votes.
Park Geun-hye is 60 years old and belongs to New Frontier Party. She is the daughter of late South Korean dictator Park Chung-hee.
Although it is sub zero temperatures across the country in South Korea, a large number of people still bundled in their heavy jackets turned up to vote.
Good luck Mrs. President.
