15,000 crocodiles managed to escape from Rakwena Crocodile Farm in South Africa when following the heavy rains, the owners had to open the gates to prevent flooding.
About half of the crocodiles have been recaptured, while the other half are still missing. The farm owners are capturing the crocodiles as and when the local farmers spot the crocodiles on their property and contact the owners.
Now the local police is requesting expert crocodile hunters to come to rescue. The crocodiles are easier to hunt at night because their eyes shine red in the dark.
People have not been attacked because crocodiles are not natural man hunters. So far there have been no reports of anybody getting hurt.
