Cricketer Yuvraj Singh who was recently diagnosed with cancer and underwent treatment at the Cancer Research Institute in Boston, USA has been selected by BCCI to play 2012 world twenty20. This international cricket tournament, will be held in Sri Lanka from september 18.
He will play after a long time when India will play Afghanistan on September 18.

“It feels good to be back. It has been a tough two months of training at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bangalore.I never thought I would get a chance again (to play international cricket).” NDTV reports.

Yuvraj was the player of the Tournament in the 2011 World.
