Curiosity is always up to something. Now it has sent back images of a blooming flower on Martian soil. Actually it is peculiar petal-shaped cluster which might or might not be a flower but it sure looks like one.
A similar find in October last year had turned out to be a piece of plastic that had fallen from the rover itself.
NASA spokesperson Guy Webster clarifies that the flower appears to be a rock, and it was only called a “flower” because of its appearance.
