1. Biggest disappointment was the worst power outage in world history, the 2012 India blackouts left 620 million people without power.
2. The most daring act was by Austrian skydiver Felix Baumgartner becomes the first person to break the sound barrier.
3. Hurricane sandy tops the list in natural disasters. It wreacked a havoc on New York.
4. Syria was disconnected from the rest of the world in 2012. There is no google or internet connection for Syria anymore. That is shocking.
5. Korean Ganganam style was the most entertaining musical video of the year 2012.
