Almost 70 years ago, during the World War II, a German plane was shot down by the Royal Air Force. It fell into the English Channel. It was under water for that long and now pulled out of the water. The water had done a lot of damage. However, it can be restored.

The restoration of the damaged plane will be done by the Royal Air Force Museum and it will be on display in another two years. Whoa! long wait:)

What makes this plane so special?  This plane is a Dornier Do-17 and  probably the last of its kind in the world.

For those who want to know what happened in the World war II, we can only tell you that a German leader named, Adolf Hitler was doing very bad things, and the rest of the world was trying to stop him. That is why the war happened.
