Like every year, Pope delivered his Christmas message to the world in front of thousands of pilgrims in St Peter’s Square in Vatican city.

According to catholics, Lord Jesus chose St. Peter as the first Pope. Pope means “father”. The Pope is the leader and the father figure of the Church family. Pope Benedict XVI is the 265th Pope and lives in the Vatican city, in Rome, Italy.
