The way you look at some words of the English language is going to change for ever after you read this. Given below are some words, most of them are simple usual words with unusual facts attached to them. So let the exploration begin!!

Dreamt” is the only English word that ends in the letters “mt”.

“Angry” and “hungry” are the only two English words that end in “-gry”.

Tremendous, horrendous, stupendous and hazardous are the only four English words which end in “-dous”.

“Almost”  is the longest word in the English language which has all the letters in alphabetical order.

From the word “therein” which has seven letters, ten smaller words can be formed without rearranging any of its letters: the, there, he, in, rein, her, here, ere, therein, herein.

The shortest complete sentence in the English language is also a word – “ GO ”.
