China’s Shenzhou 10 spacecraft took off 15 days ago. After a successful mission the Shenzhou 10, touched down safely today. This is China’s fifth manned mission that has been completed successfully now. It’s landing was perfectly on target in north China’s Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
After the hatch was opened the recovery team ran the initial checks. After ninty minutes, the three astronauts descended the capsule smiling and waving. They seemed to be in good health.
This was commander Nie Haisheng’s second mission. He is very happy to be back home, and thanked the people of China for their support.
