A friend in need is a friend indeed. And what if that friend is a dog. In Poland, a dog proved this saying true when he saved a little girl. Three year old, Julia, disappeared from her house on Friday.

She lost her way and ended up in nearby marshes. The temperature was 5 degrees below zero and the child was scared and cold. The animal stayed with her for the whole night, covered her up with its fur and never left her.

In the morning, Julia was located by police personnel looking for her with the dog by her side. She is now safe and recovering in the hospital.

Whoever said that  “A dog is the only thing on earth that loves you more than he loves himself ” said it right!!
