Life On Mars

Before you start imagining people like us living on Mars, let us clarify that NASA has uncovered  some evidence that supports the fact that ancient Mars could have had life.

NASA’s 2.5 billion dollar Curiosity drilled in February and extracted powder out of a sedimentary rock near an ancient stream bed in Gale Crater of the Red Planet. Upon examination the scientists have found sulphur, nitrogen, hydrogen, oxygen, phosphorus and carbon.

Do you know what all this means? These chemicals are building blocks of life as we know it.

The presence of these clearly indicates that there might have been life on the planet once.

Was this planet once like Earth or will Earth become like Mars after a million of years?

Think about it.
